Precautions when participating in the VIP package
You will be able to watch the soundcheck party from the seat number on your ticket of the performance itself.

The VIP goods will be exchanged on the day of the performance.
When buying merch items at the venue, you will have special priority and will be guided to the sales booth. (Please understand that we do not guarantee your purchase of the all merch items)
The VIP package is scheduled to be carried out before doors open. Please note that there will not be any refunds or substitute events in case you are not able to participate in the event for whatever reason. As soon as further information is available, we will announce it on this page. We kindly ask you to understand that we will not be able to answer your questions before the announcements.
No personal cameras or phones will be permitted during the VIP package.
For the VIP package, the Performance Ticket, Soundcheck Party Ticket and Goods Exchange Ticket will be distributed in accordance with the number of people who applied.
For participants in wheelchairs: Participants in wheelchairs will be guided to the wheelchair viewing area. Please note that the wheelchair viewing area will be equivalent to the standing area (anyone accompanying you will also need a ticket). Due venue regulations, customers in wheelchairs will not be able to be seated even if you purchase the VIP package.
Precautions concerning your applications
*ID check will take place in order to prevent the resale of tickets, so please bring your actual passport and actual credit card used to purchase the VIP package to confirm your identity. The passport must be valid, and copies, photographs and images will not be accepted.
* ID check will be done only with the applicant. ID check will not be necessary for the person(s) accompanying the applicant. However, please make sure to be present during the applicant's ID check, since all wristbands for the applicant and those accompanying the applicant will be handed out at the same time. If you do not come together with the applicant you will not be provided a wristband and will not be able to participate in the VIP package. Thank you for your understanding.
*In the case the identity of the applicant cannot be verified through the ID check, and/or ticket resale or transfer is discovered, any person(s) accompanying the applicant will not be able to enter and participate in the VIP package as well.

ID check will be performed using actual passport and actual credit card used to purchase the VIP package.
Resale and transfer of the VIP package will not permitted. The organizers, operators, artists, and ticket agencies will not be held responsible for any problems caused by such actions.
【Ticket number limit】
Up to 4 tickets for package per person, per performance.
Cancellations, changes, withdrawals, etc., will not be accepted after the purchase.

VIP package tickets cannot be refunded except if the performance is cancelled by the event organizer.
